Application for a safety deposit box.

An application for our box can be approved on the same day. You must provide proof of identity in person by presenting a valid passport, driving license or national identity card, plus an official document confirming your name and current address (a utility bill, bank or credit-card statement, that is less than three months old). Mobile phone bills or final reminder statements will not be accepted.

All applications must be made in person at the Safe Deposit centre. A paper application will need to be completed in person. 

To apply for a Safe Deposit box you must provide one of the following forms of identification:

 1) Photographic identification such as a current UK passport, driving licence or national identity card.

2) Proof of address which confirms the applicant’s name and address such as a utility bill, a bank or credit-card statement. All documents must be original documents (online documents are not valid proof of address) and must be less than three months old on the date of application.

A non-refundable administration fee of £25 is taken at the time of application. 

All new Safe Deposit boxes are subject to a refundable key deposit of £150, which will be refunded upon surrender of the box and return of the original keys. The cost of the service will depend upon the size of Safe Deposit box you hold with us.

There is one unique key for each safe; the key will always remain in your possession and must be returned at the end of the agreement. 

 Please note: in line with government guidance, face coverings remain mandatory in our Safety Deposit Centre.
